#21 Derrick Thomas

Position: OF Bats: Right Throws: Right Height: 6'3 Weight: 210 Class: 2009

Derrick was elected as captain by his teammates at the start of the season and will return as the starting right fielder. Derrick looks to have a promising year at the plate after further developing his swing this past offseason. Derrick is a tough, gritty player with both speed, power and size. Derrick is committed to play baseball at Memphis University next fall.
